Is This a Photo of Jay-Z From 1939 … Or Just a Look Alike?

Aside from Fashion, I also have a great love for photography and wanted to share  this photo taken in Harlem, of a man who has a striking resemblance to the  Rapper- Jay Z ! The photo is archived at the Schomburg Center, a research unit of the New York Public Library and  reportedly taken by Sid Grossman. What do you think?
