Fabiana Ricardo and Alissa Latanya Renfrum grace the pages of InStyle Germany’s December 2021 issue for a spread called Knit Game and we love it!

Would you believe me if I told you that the pieces for this look are all about a decade old? ( With the exception of the Crocs!) I grabbed this Zebra Jumper and floral shawl from Rainbow Stores just about a decade ago! I have no plans on getting rid of it anytime soon!

As the winter season is approaching I find myself motivated to establish better daily habits. I decided to focus on creating a better morning routine. Although occasional days of sleeping in are fabulous we all need to wake up early to get things done! Check out some of my favorite tips below hopefully they can help you get into the morning groove!

1. Maintain a fixed bedtime and waking time

2. Journal

3. Don’t hit snooze on your alarm

4. Get out of bed

5. Avoid your phone

6. Try self-affirmation

7. Drink some water

8. Exercise or stretch

9. Eat something within an hour of waking up

10. Meditation & Prayer

As always no matter how you feel try to wear something that makes you feel good ! A great accessory is a great way to start the day!

I remember the day My Mother gave me this bag. She purchased it at a local Thrift Shop for a few dollars, but being the expert shopper that she was I knew that this gem had to be worth much more.
