
As the winter season is approaching I find myself motivated to establish better daily habits. I decided to focus on creating a better morning routine. Although occasional days of sleeping in are fabulous we all need to wake up early to get things done! Check out some of my favorite tips below hopefully they can help you get into the morning groove!
1. Maintain a fixed bedtime and waking time
2. Journal
3. Don’t hit snooze on your alarm
4. Get out of bed
5. Avoid your phone
6. Try self-affirmation
7. Drink some water
8. Exercise or stretch
9. Eat something within an hour of waking up
10. Meditation & Prayer
As always no matter how you feel try to wear something that makes you feel good ! A great accessory is a great way to start the day!
