The Mid-Autumn festival is here! The 2023 Mid-Autumn holiday started on Sep. 29 and lasted until Oct. 6. I got to celebrate the festival with great food at Dim Sum Palace. At first I was a bit skeptical considering that the restaurant was hosting a dinner that exclusively served duck. (Where’s the Chicken?!)
The restaurants lighting is very bright and is sure to provide an instant mood boost to all! There is plenty of room to sit and wall décor to admire.
The food was delicious the menu was prefixed for all guests. We started out with the appetizers that consisted of Egg Rolls accompanied by savory Duck Dumplings.
After the Appetizers it was time for the main course! The Peking Duck was savory and satisfying. The meat was well done with just the right amount of crisp. I also enjoyed the sweet glaze over the meat.
The Duck was accompanied by wrappers. These wrappers were a nice touch and went really well with the meat. I enjoyed stuffing the meat into the wrappers It was like having a mini Duck Taco!
Overall I was satisfied with the service and the food provided by Dim Sum Palace. I would definitely go visit again. The price points are pretty decent. This place is an ideal for a date night or just hanging with your loved ones.
