There is nothing I love more than a great Bourbon and Cheese pairing! I had the opportunity to indulge last night and I had to tell you guys all about it! The Bourbon is Basil Haydens and the delicious bites are from Beehive Cheeses and oh my do they go GREAT together! The event took place at Covina Restaurant in New York City.
