Aleah A:  I believe that every woman deserves to look beautiful. My line of products are affordable and will not put a dent in your pockets. I invest in myself and put my all in this line to motivate women to invest in discovering the beauty that already lies within them.

Style Celeb: What is your price point?

Aleah A: $6.00-$12.00

Style Celeb: So in other words your clients are getting more for their buck?

Aleah A: Absolutely!

Style Celeb: What about the ingredients you use?

Aleah A: All of my products are Talc and Paraben free. No chemical preservatives, alcohols or acids.

Aleah A: I have it all! Lipsticks, Lip Glosses, Eye Shadows, Blush, Bronzers , Eyebrow Pallets and Matte Finishers!

Style Celeb:  Your color pallets are amazing! We have  noticed that you have some great shades! Where do you get your inspiration from for your color pallets?

Aleah A: I love Color! My inspiration for the colors in this line come from my desire to assimilate to my clients needs. They are number one to me! I cater to all make up lovers at all levels. I am constantly creating color pallets that all can relate to.

Style Celeb: What is your favorite product from the line? and why?

Aleah A: The Mango Glow Blush! I just love the way it looks on my skin!

Hi Guys!

I’ve been experiencing Turban Fever lately! when I was a child,  My Mom wore loads of beautiful scarves and I always admired how it brought out her beautiful features! Check out my latest Turban look! I’ve  listed some easy instructions on how to create your own Turban!  and cool places where you can snag a Turban of your own!

How To Create Your Own Turban

1. Tie your hair in a small bun toward the front, center of your head. If your hair is short, you’re already good to go.  You can also wear your turban with your hair down. Like I do
2. Take a piece of fabric and fold it in half into a triangle. Place the scarf on your head with the center point of the triangle facing forward and the sides hanging down each of your shoulders.
3.  Take the fabric at each side and bring them to the top of your head, twisting twice to create a knot so that the scarf fits your head.
4.  Take the two sides and tuck them into the back of your head and tie it tightly there.
5. Then Pow! You’re  All Set!

I’m back with another product review guys  and I’m letting my hair down! This one is courtesy of DAX. They sent me their complete Roots Hair Care Collection.

I was quite impressed with DAX’S new Roots Collection.What I love most about this Collection is that it is affordable! It is also Petrolatum and Mineral Oil FREE! Lets take a look at my fav products:

ROOTS Hair Mayonnaise

DAX ROOTS Hair Mayonnaise is a deep conditioning treatment, rich in nutrients to help strengthen hair and reduce breakage. Breakage is something we should all try to avoid! I tried this Hair Mayonnaise and was satisfied with the results. The Mayonnaise left my hair soft and easy to comb. Check out the pics below of my experience with this product:

I must say this product made my curls so easy to manage!

Usage Instructions:

• For use as a regular conditioner: After shampooing, apply DAX Hair Mayonnaise generously, massage into scalp and comb through hair. Leave on hair for 3 minutes. Rinse hair with cool water to seal cuticle and style as usual.
• For use as a deep conditioning hair mask: Shampoo and condition as usual. Apply DAX Hair Mayonnaise generously, massage into scalp and comb through hair. Cover head with a damp, warm towel or plastic cap for 15 minutes. Rinse hair with cool water to seal cuticle and style as usual. For best results use at least once weekly as a hair mask.

• Color treated hair
• For all hair lengths and textures

ROOTS Bergamot Butter

DAX ROOTS Bergamot Butter is a great moisturizer and treatment for your hair. It adds  shine and helps reduce breakage. If you have extremely dry hair this just may be the product for you. I used My Bergamot Butter after I deep conditioned my hair with Dax’s Roots Hair Mayonnaise. The Bergamot Butter is great for Styling! Just dap some on and style!

Usage Instructions:

• For use as a hair and scalp treatment: Apply a small amount to scalp and hair. Massage and style as usual.
• For use as a styling aid: Apply a small amount to towel dry hair. Start at ends and work up. Scrunch for curls or style as usual. For added shine and frizz control, apply directly to dry hair.

• Unruly, frizzy hair

ROOTS Jojoba Oil

DAX ROOTS Jojoba Oil is formulated with a vegetable oil base that, that absorbs into the hair to help add moisture Jojoba Oil adds shine and moisture without leaving it greasy. The Jojoba oil was by far one of my favorite products from the line, One dap of this in my hair and my dryness disappeared! My hair was and ready to go!

Usage Instructions:

• Apply desired amount and rub between palms. Massage into scalp concentrating on ends. Comb through hair to distribute evenly. Style as usual.

Hair Type:

• Dry hair
• Medium to coarse hair structures
• Relaxed, pressed, curly, permed, or color treated hair
• Frizzy and Dull hair

Expected Result:

• Softer and shinier hair

Spring has arrived and so has the time for spring cleaning! Living in a studio apartment in NYC with  corners and hard to reach places, Neat Home Products by Unger are life savers.

I sprayed the sill with a multipurpose cleaning solution from Family Dollar(Family Dollar is a  great store where EVERYTHING is a Dollar).  I used a Family Dollar product because I wanted to see if  Unger cleaning tools had the capability of  fighting dirt, using a lower priced  cleaning solution. I am happy to report that they  passed! The job was done.
