American Music Awards Fashion Honors

The American Music Awards brought out the experimental fashion crowd. Styleceleb was there as Lady Gaga arrived on a puppet white horse wearing Versace almost looking like Mariah Carey? Hands down, Lady Gaga owned the red carpet with her white steed. Wow, that was an entrance.

Katy Perry glided down the carpet in a goth like fairy princess gown, Miley Cyrus kept her tongue in and strutted a white suit with Wayne Newton and Billy Ray Cyrus. Kesha with her multi colored hair, black dress ala Angelia Jolie and tipsy walk on the carpet (her assistant had to help her through the entire press line). Taylor Swift doing her best impression of Barbarella and Christina Aguilera in a white cut out dress and very thin toned body stole the show.

The Hunger Games Catching Fire cast have been on the move from West to East in a bevy of premieres. Which premiere did Jennifer Lawrence and Elizabeth Banks pull off the red carpet glam? Have to say LA, the fashion at the New York premiere was a bit lack luster. Color and fashion drama rule any red carpet, LA was the clear winner…

The red carpet at The Premiere of G.B.F (Gay Best Friend) was buzzing last night, November, 29, 2013, at Grauman’s Chinese Theater. November 22 is the DirecTV release of Vertical Entertainment’s “G.B.F.” (Gay Best Friend), “G.B.F.” tells the social warfare story of what happens when “three high school clique queens battle for supremacy: drama diva Caprice (Xosha Roquemore), Mormon princess ‘Shley (Andrea Bowen) and blonde fashionista Fawcett (Sasha Pieterse). Yes, its true, I have a soft spot for teen comedies. The G.B.F. (gay best friend) Los Angeles premiere showcased the fashion trends of stars Megan Mullally, Sasha Pieterse, Andrea Bowen, Jojo, Molly Tarlov and Xosha Roquemore. Special guests included Jennifer Finnigan, Allison Paige, Kate Flannery, Arden Myrin. All dressed to impress. StyleCeleb gives fashion snaps to all who attended. I really liked the movie, its fun to laugh. Go see it!!!

LACMA Art and Film Gala

The LACMA Art and Film Gala honored David Hockney and Martin Scorsese with a bevy of celebrities dressed in their finest art gala gowns. Kate Beckinsale wore a blue sequined gown with dramatic chandelier earrings, Nicole Richie wore a see-through sequined number with hair ala I Dream of Jeannie, Camilla Belle the darling of Armani looked fantastic, except for the hair. Kate Hudson stole the show in a halter cut out gown as Drew Barrymore wore a humm, not sure. Amber Valletta and Dakota Johnson were all feathers. StyleCeleb pick for best red carpet look is Salma Hayek, feminine, sexy, classic. Other red carpet arrivals included Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert Downey Jr, Olivia Wilde, Evan Rachel Wood, Warren Beatty, Jane Fonda, Amy Adams, Fergie and James Franco.

Guests were entertained with special performances by Dhani Harrison and Sting. The gala marked the first collaboration between The Film Foundation (founded by Martin Scorsese), LACMA and the Annenberg Foundation to preserve four films by acclaimed French filmmaker Agnes Varda.
